Ingredients: 1 lb Peaches sliced; 2/3 c. Sugar; 1/4 c. Grand Marnier; 1 Tbsp. Freshly-grated ginger; 1/4 tsp Grnd nutmeg; 1/4 tsp Cinnamon; 3 slc Angel food cake; 1 scoop Vanilla bean ice cream Fresh mint sprigs Powdered sugar in shaker

Ingredientes

1 lb Peaches sliced
2/3 c. Sugar
1/4 c. Grand Marnier
1 Tbsp. Freshly-grated ginger
1/4 tsp Grnd nutmeg
1/4 tsp Cinnamon
3 slc Angel food cake
1 scoop Vanilla bean ice cream Fresh mint sprigs Powdered sugar in shaker

Direcciones

In a glass container, combine all the ingredients together. Allow the peaches to marinate overnight. Using a fork, slightly mash 1/4 of the peaches against the side of the dish. Lay the pcs of angel food cake in a shallow bowl. Place the ice cream in the center of the cake. Spoon the peaches over the ice cream. Garnish with mint and powdered sugar
