Receta Roasted Red Pepper Sauce

Ingredientes
- 1 jar roasted red peppers
- Â Â (probably about 12 ounces)
- Â Â Or possibly roast your own.
- 1 handf basil
- 1/2 handf italian parsley
- 4 x Heads of garlic-- make which
- 4 x Cloves for normal people
- 1/2 c. Stock (if necessary to Thin)
Direcciones
- Process the above in a food processor till smooth. Toss with 1 lb. cooked pasta of your choice and serve. If you chill it first, be sure to get it to room temperature before tossing. It probably freezes well, but I haven't tried it.
