Receta Madras Curry Powder

Ingredientes
- 3 ounce Coriander seeds
- 1 1/2 ounce Cumin seeds
- 3/4 ounce Fennel seeds
- 2/3 ounce Black mustard seeds
- 1/3 ounce Dry red chillies (crushed)
- 2 Tbsp. Whole black peppercorns
- 2 tsp Fenugreek seeds
- 1 Tbsp. Grnd turmeric
- 20 x Dry curry leaves
Direcciones
- In a dry frying-pan, roast separately all ingredients, except the turmeric and curry leaves, till they smell fragrant. Grind all ingredients (except turmeric) to a fine pwdr in an electric blender. Fold in grnd turmeric, bottle and store in a cold, dry place.
- Use 1-2 Tbsp. of pwdr to each 1 lb of main ingredient.
