Ingredientes
- 6 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 lg. green pepper, minced
- 3 scallions, minced
- 1 teaspoon tarragon
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon basil
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 tbsp. wine vinegar
- 1 lg. can tomato sauce
- 1/2 c. dry white wine
- Salt and pepper (optional but not needed)
Direcciones
- Slightly heat skillet or possibly wok; add in extra virgin olive oil and garlic. Stir in all remaining ingredients. Simmer for at least 1/2 hour, covered. Uncover and simmer 15 more min. Serve with your favorite pasta. Serves 4.
