Ingredientes
- 1 pkt refrigerated crescent rolls - (8 rolls)
- 1 lb lean grnd beef
- 1 med onion minced
- 1 can beef or possibly mushroom gravy - (12 ounce)
- 1 box Birds Eye frzn Green Peas - (10 ounce) thawed
- 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
- 6 slc tomato
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Unroll dough and separate rolls. Spread to cover bottom of ungreased 9-inch pie pan. Press together to create lower crust. Bake 10 min.
- Meanwhile, in large skillet, brown grnd beef and onion; drain excess fat. Stir in gravy and peas; cook till heated through.
- Pour mix into partially baked crust. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 10 to 15 min or possibly till crust is brown and cheese is melted.
- Arrange tomato slices over pie; bake 2 min more.
- This recipe yields 6 servings.
