  1. You will need a 1 qt saucepan, measuring utensils, a 1 qt glass bottle (32 ounce or possibly a fifth 24.3 ounce).1. Make your sweet or possibly medium syrup in the following way:
  2. Sweet syrup - 2 cups sugar to 1 cup water
  3. Medium Syrup - 1 cup sugar to 1/2 cup water.
  4. Put together the sugar and water in the saucepan and bring it just to a boil. Cool for couple min.
  5. 2. Pour the required amount of syrup into your clean bottle.
  6. 3. Add in the extract.
  7. 4. Add in glycerine and coloring if required.
  8. 5. Fill the bottle to the top with the spirits. A liqueur made in a qt bottle will have a stronger alcoholic taste than one made in a fifth bottle.
  9. 6. Close the bottle and shake. Cool before drinking.
  10. Dissolve sugar into three and three quarter cups warm water. Bring syrup mix to a boil and boil hard for 15 min. While syrup is boiling, dissolve coffee into three quarter cups of warm water. Add in vanilla bean, split lengthwise. When syrup boiling time is up; remove from stove and allow to cool for five min. Then add in coffee-vanilla bean mix, and allow to cool to room temperature. When cool, add in all the vodka, stir lightly and pour into clean gallon jug.Allow to stand for two weeks at room temperature before drinking.
  11. Enjoy! But be careful. This is a potent drink.
