Receta Mama's Italian Sausages

Ingredientes
- 4 x Italian sausages, sliced
- 1/2 x Pepper, green
- 1/2 x Pepper, red
- 3/4 tsp Oregano
- 1/2 x Onion, minced
- 1/2 tsp Basil, dry
- 1 can Tomato paste
- 1 x salt and pepper to taste Water
- 2 x Garlic, mashed
Direcciones
- Slice sausages, cook in fry pan. Slice peppers and onion and add in to sausage. Add in garlic, and seasonings.
- Add in tomato paste and sufficient water to make sauce consistency. Cook on medium till sausages are throughly cooked (about 20 min). Serve over rice.
- This recipe is very versatile. You can make with less sausage and more peppers and onions if desired.
- Measurements are approximate on everything.
