Ingredientes
- 6 ounce wagon wheel pasta
- 4 x garlic cloves chopped
- 1 med onion finely minced
- 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 can diced tomatoes - (14 1/2 ounce) undrained
- 1 Tbsp. tomato paste
- 2 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp dry oregano
- 1 tsp dry basil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
- 1/4 c. freshly-grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese divided
Direcciones
- Cook pasta per package direction omitting salt and oil. Drain pasta and set aside.
- Cook garlic and onion in extra virgin olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat till tender. Add in tomatoes and next 6 ingredients. Cook 5 min.
- Add in Parmesan cheese and 1/4 c. mozzarella cheese, stirring till cheese melts. Pour over cooked pasta. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella cheese.
- This recipe yields 3 servings.
