Receta Mandarin Orange
Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. sliced almonds
- 3 tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 head lettuce (Iceberg or possibly Leaf)
- 1/2 fresh spinach
- 1 c. minced celery
- 2 whole green onions, minced
- 11 ounce. can mandarin oranges
Direcciones
- In small pan over medium heat, cook almonds and sugar, stirring constantly till almonds are coated and sugar dissolved. Watch carefully as they will burn easily. Cold and store in airtight container. Mix all dressing ingredients and chill. Mix lettuce, spinach, celery and onion. Just before serving, add in almonds, oranges and toss with dressing. Serves 4 to 6.
