Receta Mandarin Orange & Onion Salad With Poppy Seed Dressing

Ingredientes
- 2 tbsp. wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Healthy pinch of cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 6 tbsp. oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoon poppy seeds
Direcciones
- Combine dressing ingredients in a bottle. Shake well and set aside. Peel and slice onion into very thin rings. Mix together, in a large bowl, mandarin oranges, onion rings and lettuce. Pour dressing over salad. Toss and serve.
