- 3 c. cooked rice, cooled
- 1 (15 ounce.) can mandarin oranges, liquid removed
- 1 celery stalk, minced
- 3/4 c. plain yogurt
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1/3 c. slivered almonds
Direcciones
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well. Refrigerateseveral hrs. Serve on lettuce leaves. Serves 4 to 6.
