Ingredientes
- 3 Tbsp. Oil
- 1/4 c. Water
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 dsh White pepper
- 3/4 c. Matzo meal
- 2 x Large eggs Grease for baking sheet
Direcciones
- In a medium sized saucepan heat the oil, water, salt and pepper to the boiling point. Add in the matzo meal quickly, mixing till smooth. Remove from the fire and beat the Large eggs into the mix one at a time, blending well after each addition. Lightly coat hands with oil. Shape mix into 1/4 inch balls. Place them on a well-greased baking sheet and bake in a preheated 400 degree F oven for 30-35 min, till golden.
- Yields80-90 mandlen.
