Receta Mango Banana Soft Serve
As an ice cream lover it has been difficult for me to cut store bought ice cream out of my diet. With a long list of ingredients including numerous preservatives commercial ice cream is loaded with crap. Often ingredients such as dietheyl glycol, an egg replacement, which can be used as antifreeze or a paint remover are not even listed on the label. When I saw several recipes for banana soft serve I was skeptical to see how fruit could actually have the same texture as ice cream. After playing around with ideas in my head I decided this was indeed the combination I wanted to try first. A silky concoction of mangoes and banana accompanied by smooth coconut oil and crunchy flaked coconut this treat is pure bliss. Plus it is vegan, dairy free, refined sugar free and best of all no preservatives!
