Receta Mango Fool
Ingredientes
- 2 Cups Canned Mango pulp or pulp from 2 Lb ripe Mango
- 1 Cup Milk
- 3 Tbsp Sugar
- 1 1-2 Tbsp Cornstarch
- 1 Cup Heavy Cream
- 1/2 tsp Almond extract
- 1/4 cup Apricot or Peach brandy (5)
- 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- Some Mango pieces, for garnish (optional)
- Dissolve the cornstarch in 2 Tbsp of milk and keep it aside. (2)
