Receta Mango Rice Pilauf

Ingredientes
- 2 c. rice, long grain
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp tumeric
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 2 x chillies, red
- 2 tsp coconut, shredded
- 6 x mangoes
- 125 gm butter
- 1 tsp curry pwdr
- 2 tsp mustard seeds
- 3 x spring onions
Direcciones
- Dice chilli. Peel and dice mango. Slice spring onions.
- Boil rice with salt and turmeric till cooked. Drain well.
- Combine cumin, chillies, coconut, mangoes, butter, curry, mustard seeds and rice. Mix lightly to combine.
- Garnish with whole red chillies.
