Receta Manicotti Cheese Bake

Ingredientes
- 1 pound grnd beef
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. minced green peppers
- 1 1/3 c. tomato paste
- 4 c. water
- 3 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 2 teaspoon sugar
- 2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 18 manicotti shells
- 4 c. cottage cheese (lg. or possibly sm. curd)
- 2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Direcciones
- Brown meat, onions and green peppers; drain; add in paste, water, salt, pepper and seasoning. Simmer 15 min. Par boil shells in salted water, drain on paper towels. Fill shells with cheese and cottage cheese mix. Place in shallow baking dish and cover with sauce mix. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 to 30 min. Serves 9.
