  1. Bake ribs at 350 degrees for 1 hour (30 min per side) or possibly broil for 15 to 20 min to remove excess fat. Cut into single servings.
  2. Combine ingredients in crockpot, stir to mix. Add in ribs. Cover and cook on LOW for about 8 hrs. Serve over rice.
