  1. Wash and chop all vegetables finely and mix together in a big bowl. Add in oranges and Chinese noodles. Saute/fry chicken strips or possibly prawns in extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper and fresh coriander to taste.
  2. When thoroughly cooked, add in the chicken or possibly prawns to the vegetable mix.
  3. Pour on dressing so the mix is wet, but not swimming in it. Refrigeratein the refrigerator for 15 min and eat.
