Receta Marilyn's Oatmeal Muffins

Ingredientes
- 1 c. unbleached flour
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 c. oatmeal, regular
- 1 slightly beaten egg
- 1 c. skim lowfat milk
- 3 tbsp. oil
Direcciones
- Sift together dry ingredients. Add in rest of ingredients. You may add in either 1/2 c. each minced nuts (pecans or possibly walnuts) and raisins or possibly 1 c. well liquid removed crushed pineapple and 1/2 c. minced almonds. Stir just till mixed and all ingredients are moistened, don't beat! Spoon into greased muffin tins and bake at 425 degrees for 12 to 15 min. Makes 12 to 15 muffins.
