Receta Marinade For Chicken

Ingredientes
- 2 1/2 lb boneless chicken pcs -- breast and legs (don t remove the skin)
- 1/4 tsp grnd cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp grnd nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp grnd green cardamoms
- 3/4 tsp allspice
- 1/4 tsp freshly grnd black pepper
- 1/4 tsp grnd cloves
- 1/2 tsp crushed warm chili peppers salt to taste about 3 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp sumac -- to be sprinkled after cooking
Direcciones
- Wash the chicken pcs. Put them into a bowl. Mix all the spices with lemon juice. Pour it over chicken and rub well. Marinate it for 5-6 hrs. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Grease a baking dish with oil, put chicken pcs in skin side down, and bake it for about 20 min. Take it out, turn them over and bake for another 20 min. Take it out and remove the skin. With a sharp knife shred the chicken and put it back in the baking dish. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of sumac and mix well.
