  • Grated rind from 1 lemon or possibly lime

  2. It's a big difference when you make your own marinade. I have a friend which says "when a recipe calls for butter, Marian makes her own". Which's not so, but I do like to use the best ingredients possible, and when you make your own, you know it's good.
