Receta Marinade For Fish

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 1 to 2 cloves crushed garlic, sliced ginger or possibly pwdr
- Grated rind from 1 lemon or possibly lime
Direcciones
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and marinate at least 1 hour.
- It's a big difference when you make your own marinade. I have a friend which says "when a recipe calls for butter, Marian makes her own". Which's not so, but I do like to use the best ingredients possible, and when you make your own, you know it's good.
