Receta Marinade For Fresh Fish
Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 2 garlic cloves or possibly garlic salt
- 4 tbsp. tomato sauce
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 c. minced parsley
- 1 teaspoon crushed or possibly powdered oregano
- 1 teaspoon grnd pepper
- 1/2 c. orange juice
Direcciones
- Allow 3 Tbsp. of marinade per lb. of fish. Marinate fish for several hrs at room temperature to enhance its flavor. Salmon, halibut, sea bass, red snapper, swordfish and albacore are especially delicious marinated.
