Receta Marinade For Grilled And Roast Meats

Ingredientes
- 2 tsp garlic, crushed
- 1 x onions, medium
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp thyme, minced
- 1 x bayleaf
- 1 c. red wine
- 1 tsp cracked black peppercorns
- 1/3 c. extra virgin olive oil salt, pepper
Direcciones
- Finely dice onions.
- Combine all ingredients in a pot and bring to the boil for 5 min.
- Allow to completely cold before adding meat.
- Marinate meats for at least 12 hrs before grilling or possibly roasting.
- Good for steaks, chops, lamb.
