Receta Marinara Spaghetti Sauce
Ingredientes
- 2 tbsp. olive or salad oil
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 sm. onion, minced
- 1 (16 ounce.) can tomatoes
- 1 (6 ounce.) can tomato paste
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 2 teaspoon basil
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
Direcciones
- In medium saucepan over medium heat, in warm extra virgin olive oil, cook garlic and onion till tender, about 5 min.
- Stir in tomatoes and their liquid.
- Add in remaining ingredients. Reduce heat to low.
- Cover and cook 20 min or until mix is thickened, stirring occasionally.
