Receta Marinara Tomato Sauce

Ingredientes
- 1 (28 ounce.) can crushed tomatoes
- 1 sm. onion, cut up
- 2-3 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp. fresh parsley (or possibly dry)
- 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 6-8 leaves fresh basil (or possibly dry)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Lightly saute/fry onions and garlic in oil. Add in tomatoes, parsley, salt, and pepper. Simmer about 5 min; add in basil. It's done!!
- Great to pour over cutlets or possibly eggplant.
