Receta Marinated And Grilled Shrimp

Ingredientes
- 2 lb large fresh shrimp unpeeled
- 1/3 c. sherry
- 1/3 c. sesame seed oil
- 1/3 c. soy sauceE (I use low salt)
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp garlic pwdr
- 1/4 tsp grnd ginger
Direcciones
- Peel and devein shrimp, and place in a large shallow container.E Combine remaining ingredients, stirring well; pour over shrimp.E cover and chill 2 -3E hrs, stirring shrimp occasionally.E (Do not leave in marinade longer than 3 hrs because the flavor gets too strong.)
- ERemove shrimp from marinade, reserving marinade.E Thread shrimp on skewers.E Grill over medium-warm coals 3-4 min on each side or possibly till desired degree of doneness.E Base frequently with marinade.
