  • 3/4 teaspoon seasoning salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
  • 3/4 teaspoon dry whole oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic pwdr
  • 6 (4-6 ounce.) beef tenderloin steaks


  1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a large shallow container; add in steaks. Cover and marinate 3 hrs in refrigerator, turning steaks occasionally. Remove steaks from marinade. Grill over warm coals 5-7 min on each side or possibly till desired doneness.
