Ingredientes
- 2/3 c. wine vinegar
- 2/3 c. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 T parsley, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 T oregano
- 1 T lemon juice
- 2 pound sm. fresh mushrooms substitute 3-4 cans (4 ounce) mushrooms
Direcciones
- Put together ingredients in large jar. Add in mushrooms. Cover and marinate for 4 hrs in refrigerator. Marinating overnight is even better.
