Receta Marinated Tomatoes With Spanish Capers

Ingredientes
- 6 med -size Ripe tomatoes
- 1 Tbsp. Spanish capers
- 1/4 c. Extra Virgin Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. Sherry wine vinegar
- 1 x salt & freshly grnd black pepper
- 1 clv garlic, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. Fresh Parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp Dry basil
- 2 Tbsp. Onions, chopped
Direcciones
- From Spain tomatoes, pure extra virgin olive oil and sherry wine vinegar-an authentic Spanish dish. (Tomates Alinados con Alcaparras)
- Cut tomatoes in thick slices and place in a single layer in a shallow serving dish.
- In a small bowl whisk together remaining ingredients.
- Pour mix over tomatoes cover and chill for 1 to 3 hrs before serving.
- Makes 6 servings.
