  • 1 pkt (22-ounce) salad macaroni, cooked
  • 6 x Hard-boiled Large eggs, finely minced
  • 1 can (4.5 ounce) minced olives
  • 1 jar (4-ounce) pimientos, finely minced
  • 5 x 3-inch sweet pickles, finely minced
  • 3 Tbsp. Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 4 Tbsp. Tender celery, finely minced
  • 1 med Onion, finely minced
  • 3 Tbsp. Bell pepper, chopped (opt.)
  • 2 c. Mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Prepared mustard

Direcciones

  1. Cook the macaroni last, after all the other ingredients have been chopped.
  2. Rinse, drain, and immediately combine with other ingredients. Mix thoroughly, chill. (May require more mayonaisse.)
  3. Best when made a day ahead of serving.
