Receta Marshmallows Fudge Ice Cream

Ingredientes
- 2 ounce semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 c. miniature marshmallows
- 2 1/2 c. half & half
- 3 x egg yolks
- 3/4 c. granulated sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla
Direcciones
- In a double boiler heat the chocolate, marshmallows and scald the cream. Beat the egg yolks with the sugar and slowly add in to the cream with the vanilla. Cook till thick, cook, refrigeratethen freeze according to directions of ice cream maker.
