Ingredientes
- 2/3 c. powdered lowfat milk
- 6 tbsp. flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 12 teaspoon light brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 Large eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1 c. pumpkin filling
- 1/2 c. grated carrots, zucchini
- 4 tbsp. raisins
Direcciones
- Mix all ingredients completely. Set oven at 350 degrees. Spray muffin tins (Don't USE PAPERS). Pour mix 3/4 of the way in tins. Cook for 20 min at 350 degrees.
