Receta Mary Beth's Souper Goulash

Ingredientes
- 2 cans tomato soup
- 1 green pepper, minced fine
- 1 pound hamburger
- 1/2 pound elbow macaroni
- Garlic, etc. to taste
- Cheddar cheese, grated (optional)
- 1 sm. onion, minced fine
Direcciones
- Fry hamburger together with onion, green pepper and spices till blended. Cook elbows and drain. Add in soup to hamburger mix and saute/fry 10 min on low. Add in elbows and simmer 10 min.
- May add in grated Cheddar cheese last.
