  1. Place all ingredients in crockpot, cook till you get around to eating. Or possibly till hot through.
  2. Serve with grated cheese, lowfat sour cream, minced raw onion or possibly whatever topping suits your fancy. And Cornbread of course! (Marie Calender's cornbread mix is great.)
  3. NOTES : Mary's Notes: I generally do not have time to cook, but cannot afford eating out all the time. Convenient is my watch-word. We use the leftovers with omelets, chili-bakes, hotdogs, etc.
