Receta Mary's Hoisin Chicken C/P

Ingredientes
- 3 lb chicken thighs legs, or possibly pcs (boneless, skinless suggested)
- 1/4 c. hoisin sauce
- 1/4 c. plum chutney or possibly plum sauce
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1 med piece fresh ginger root thinly sliced juice
- 1 x lime
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
Direcciones
- Combine hoisin sauce, plum chutney, soy sauce, ginger root, lime juice and cornstarch in a non-metalic bowl. Add in chicken, coat well and place it all in a Crockpot. Cook 5-6 hrs on low. Serve with cooked rice.
