Direcciones

  1. In a mix-master combine the butter and sugar and mix until smooth.
  2. Add the eggs, milk and vanilla and mix on low.
  3. Sift together the dry ingredients and with the mixer on low, slowly add to the wet ingredients.
  4. Combine together the extra ½ cup sugar and the cinnamon.
  5. Butter a 9 x 9 baking pan.
  6. Spoon ½ of the batter and top with the banana slices and cinnamon sugar. Spoon in the other ½ of the batter and top with more cinnamon sugar.
  7. Preheat Oven 350 degrees:
  8. Place in the oven for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
