Ingredientes
- 1 lb Fresh crabmeat
- 1/2 c. Cracker crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. Prepared mustard
- 1 x Egg, beaten
- 1 tsp Chopped parsley
- 1 tsp Lea & Perrins
- 4 Tbsp. Butter Lemon wedges
Direcciones
- Gently mix crab with cracker crumbs. In another bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard, egg, parsley and Lea & Perrins. Blend this mix with meat. Make patties about 3 inches across. Saute/fry in butter for about 3 to 5 min on each side.
- Yield: 4 servings.
