- 3 lbs. white potatoes, cooked
- 4 hard boiled Large eggs
- 1 lg. onion
- 1 teaspoon celery seeds or possibly 3 stalks celery
- 2 teaspoon mustard
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- 3 teaspoon sweet pickle relish
- Salt & pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Dice potatoes, onion, Large eggs and celery. Add in mustard and mayonnaise; mix well. Chill. Serve chilled.
