Receta MASALA MILK
Masala milk is a sweetened dairy drink made with milk, sugar, spices, saffron and nuts.
Ingredientes
- Milk-2 1/2 cups
- Sugar-2 tbsp
- Cinnamon powder-a pinch
- Cardamom powder-1/4 tsp
- Nutmeg powder-a pinch
- Almonds-5
- Pistachios-6
- Saffron-a pinch
Direcciones
- 1-Soak badam and pista in water for 2 hours.
- 2-Then peel of the skin and chop them finely / grind them in a mixer to a paste.
- 3-Boil the milk in a saucepan,then add cinnamon powder,cardamom powder,nutmeg powder and saffron.
- 4-Boil till it reduces in volume and the aroma of spices are well mixed with the milk.
- 5-Now add the sugar,chopped almonds and pistachios,mix well.
- 6-Boil for 5 mins and switch off the flame.
- 7-Garnish with chopped pista,serve hot in winter or cold in summer.
