- 1 large head flat leaf/Italian parsley

- 1/4 cup good extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1-1.5 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1/2 teaspoon dry oregano leaves
