Ingredientes
- 1/4 c. peach preserves
- 1/4 c. apricot preserves
- 2 Tbsp. light corn syrup
- 5 tsp white vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp corn starch
- 1/2 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp yellow mustard
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp garlic pwdr
- 2 Tbsp. water
Direcciones
- Combine all ingredients except the water in a food processor or possibly a blender and puree till the mix is smooth. Pour mix into a small saucepan over medium heat. Add in water, stir, and bring mix to a boil. Allow it to boil for five min, stirring often.
- When the sauce has thickened, remove it from the heat and let it cold. Store sauce in a covered container in the refrigerator.
