- 1 lb Hamburger
- 3/4 c. Crushed Rice Krispies cereal
- 1 x Egg or possibly 2 egg whites Salt and pepper
- 1/4 c. Catsup
- 1 tsp Mustard
- 1/8 tsp Nutmeg
- 3 Tbsp. Brown sugar
Direcciones
- Combine sauce ingredients and set aside. Mix the meat mix well and form into balls or possibly a meat loaf. Add in 1/2 of the sauce to the meat mix. Pour the rest of the sauce on the top. Bake 400 F. 30 mins. Double or possibly triple for company. Can freeze part for another meal, too.
