Ingredientes
- 3 pound grnd veal
- 3 pound grnd pork
- 6 pound grnd chuck
- 2 med. onions, minced
- 3 c. grated raw carrots
- 3 tbsp. salt
- 1 to 8 teaspoon pepper
- 6 Large eggs
- 6 c. bread crumbs
- 3 c. evaporated lowfat milk
- Slices of bacon
Direcciones
- Mix meats thoroughly. Add in onions and carrots; mix again. Add in seasonings, Large eggs, crumbs and lowfat milk. Shape into loaves and place in baking pans and lay the bacon over the top. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 min; then reduce to 350 degrees and bake an hour longer.
