Receta Meatballs with picante glaze
Ingredientes
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1 egg beaten
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 jar 16 ounces picante sauce
- 1/3 cup grape jelly
- 1 tbls fresh hyme leaves (opional)
Direcciones
- heat oven to 375 dregrees
- line a baking sheet with aluminum foil
- throuoghly mix the beef, bread crumbs, egg, garlic, and 1/4 cup picante sauce in a large bowl
- should make (40) 1 inch meatballs.
- place meatballs onto baking sheet
- bake until he meatballs are cooked through, turning them over once halfway through the baking
- heat the remaining picanye sause and jelly in a 12 inch skillet over medium heat to a boil
- reduce heat to low, cook 15 minutes or until the mixture is well blended and reduced down to around a cup or so
- add thyme if desired
- add meat balls to te skillet and cook until the meat balls are hot and coated
- stirring occasionally,
- serve and enjoy!!
