Receta Cucumber And Yogurt Dipping Sauce

Ingredientes
- 1 ct plain yogurt - (16 ounce)
- 1 lrg cucumber peeled, seeded, and diced
- 2 x garlic cloves - (to 3) chopped
- 1/4 c. chopped sweet onion
- 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tsp lemon juice - (to 3)
- 1 Tbsp. fresh dill (or possibly 1 tspn dry dill)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper Fresh dill sprigs for garnish
Direcciones
- Line a mesh strainer with a paper coffee filter or possibly paper towel. Spoon yogurt into filter, and place strainer over a bowl. Cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate4 hrs.
- Spoon yogurt into a bowl, discarding strained liquid.
- Stir in diced cucumber and next 7 ingredients. Cover and refrigerateyogurt mix till ready to serve. Garnish, if you like. Serve with pita chips and fresh vegetables.
