Receta Meatloaf Minnesota Style

Ingredientes
- 2 pound hamburger or possibly grnd chuck
- 1 c. minced green pepper
- 1/2 c. minced celery
- 3 Large eggs
- 1 c. quick oats
- 1 can tomato soup
- Salt and pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Mix all ingredients except soup. Make into a loaf and place in deep pan. Mix soup with 1/2 can water. Pour over loaf and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hrs or possibly till done. To make gravy remove meatloaf from pan and add in 1 c. water and a little cornstarch mixed. Pour into soup and meat drippings. Cook till thick.
