Receta Meatloaf Strata

Ingredientes
- 3/4 pound grnd beef">beef or possibly mix of grnd beef">beef, pork & veal
- 1 egg
- 1/3 c. tomato or possibly vegetable juice
- 1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. frzn minced spinach/broccoli, cooked
- 2 c. cooked rice
- 1 tbsp. chopped dry onion
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon dry thyme
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 beaten Large eggs
- 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Direcciones
- Mix meat with egg, juice, bread crumbs the 1/2 tsp. of salt and black pepper. Pat into a 1 qt ungreased casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min.
- Cook spinach or possibly broccoli according to package directions. Mix with rice, onion, salt, thyme, lowfat milk, Parmesan cheese and Large eggs. Pour over meatloaf mix.
- Return to oven. Bake 30 min more or possibly till hard. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese.
