- 4 c. assorted cut up veggies eggplant, zucchini, green, red and yellow peppers, mushrooms, slices of corn on the cob, onion
- 1/2 c. Kraft Sun Dry Tomato Vinaigrette Dressing

- Combine in large sealable bag; chill 1 hour to marinate. Reserve dressing.
- Place veggies on grill over medium warm coals. Grill 8-10 min till tender, turning and brushing with a little of the remaining marinade. 4 servings
