Receta Mediterranean Marinated Swordfish

Ingredientes
- 2 lb swordfish steaks
- 1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 c. lemon juice or possibly balsamic vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. chopped garlic
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
Direcciones
- Whisk together marinade ingredients and pour over swordfish in a shallow pan. Allow 15 to 30 min for marinating in the refrigerator, turning fish occasionally.
- Grill or possibly broil 3 to 5 min per side to desired degree of doneness.
- Additions: Any of the following ingredients can be added if you like: 1 Tbsp. olive paste, 1 Tbsp. chopped sun-dry tomatoes packed in oil, or possibly 1 Tbsp. tomato paste.
