Receta Mediterranean Swordfish Steaks

Ingredientes
- 1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp dry oregano
- 1/2 tsp grated lemon rind
- 1/2 tsp crumbled dry rosemary
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
- 1 1/2 lb swordfish steaks, abt 1" thick
Direcciones
- Mix extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, lemon rind, rosemary, salt and pepper in a resealable plastic bag. Add in swordfish steaks; toss to coat. Marinate at room temperature 30 min, turning occasionally.
- Prepare a medium grill. Cook steaks about 5 min per side for medium doneness.
